The space Apartment 201, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the Edifício Sergio Kuroyanagi 1, is comfortable with all the amenities of a furnished apartment with utensils, currently ideal for up to 11 adults (2 double beds of great quality with pocket springs, 1 single bed and 2 treliche beds with 6 single mattresses, great family atmosphere with excellent neighborhood, all 2 bedrooms have a balcony and split air conditioning, very well located (see the location description below), nearby bus stops, the Uber service works very well in Cuiabá and the prices are good, financially for travel in Cuiabá, riding an Uber pays much more than renting a car. Good for families, businesspeople, groups of people for work or courses, medical treatment, and tourism. The apartment is for rent only, no one lives in the property, so the guest will have complete privacy inside the apartment, prepared according to the number of guests informed in the reservation (when making the reservation, put the exact number of guests). The amount paid is calculated by the number of guests in the reservation, so it is mandatory to inform the exact number of adults and children in the reservation. The host may be asked at any time to change the number of guests. If the host identifies a number of people more than agreed, the host will immediately cancel the stay due to the guest acting in bad faith in relation to the payment of amounts. The cancellation may occur even during the stay for the reason mentioned above.
