The Condominium is familiar and has rules of coexistence that ensure the enjoyment and respect of the attendees, as well as the facilities. The space CUTE, MODERN and VERY COMFORTABLE BEACH FLAT IN NEW CONDO ASIA (Approximately 150 meters from the beach) DETAILS : - Apartment located on the second floor - Capacity for 8 guests - 1 parking space - 2 Bedrooms ~ Master bedroom with 4 beds (2 beds of 2 plz. and 2 beds of 1 plz), closet, and built-in full bathroom. ~ 2nd bedroom with 4 beds (1 plz.), closet. - 2 full bathrooms (visiting bathroom and another inside the master bedroom) - Kitchenette with American bar equipped with refrigerator, microwave, kitchen, extractor hood, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, kettle, set of pots and utensils. - Dining room with Smart TV (has Direct TV and available for Netflix and YouTube) - Balcony overlooking the pool Common areas: - Playroom and Kids Playground - Swimming pool (available as per schedule except for maintenance days, which are WEDNESDAYS and during that day is not available for use - all day long. - That's why enjoy your stay, that day, with a preferential rate!!) Other things to note We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible, that's why we recommend taking into account the following information : The time for use of the pool is according to the condominium regulations. Likewise, our guests can enjoy the beach that is located 150 meters from the Condominium. * Apartment Usage Considerations: - Check-in time in 3:00pm and check-out is until 12:00pm at the latest. - Included : Linen countertops (those with elastic) on the beds and pillows (not included : bedding or blankets, bath towels or personal bath utilities) - Hanging towels or clothing directly on the balcony is not allowed. - The departamento is not rented to minors under 21 years of age without supervision of their parents or responsible adult. * Condominium area usage considerations: - Pool maintenance is done ON WEDNESDAYS and throughout that day it is not available for use . - It is not allowed to separate the armchairs with towels or other belongings as they are for common use. - It is not allowed to use inflables or large floats (type balsa, unicorn or any similar). - It is not allowed to enter with food or drinks to the pool (or its perimeter) for reasons of hygiene and contamination, also it is not allowed to use glass containers near the pool due to the risk of accidents. - It is not allowed to enter the elevator with wet clothes as it could cause serious electrical accidents to users. - It is not allowed to hang towels or clothes directly from the balcony. ** The grill can be used in Zona del Club house and has a cost of S/.300 according to the regulations of the Condominium. The area must be booked indicating date and time, at the time of booking, as it is subject to availability and the date could already be pre-booked. **(Currently unavailable for use). However, we do have a small charcoal grill on the balcony of the apartment that they can use. - There is an additional cost for cleaning the small grill (which can be used on the balcony of the apartment. This cost is not offered in the rate. (Grill cleaning of the apartment: $10 dollars) - IMPORTANT: Remember that the condominium does not have shops, nor restaurants inside, so we suggest you take everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest!
