New Year: minimum stay of five nights. My place is near beautiful landscapes, such as the Guarapiranga dam and the Sacred Soil (World Headquarters of the Messianic church - worth the visit), restaurants and activities for the whole family. Our place has a great outdoor area, with uncovered pool, idícola for small events and lawn. On the inside, a small pool, in addition to the two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and three bathrooms. It has everything a club has: - 2 pools: a large exterior and a smaller internal; - Barbecue, wood-fired oven (pizza!), lawn; - Close to the hypermarket, World Headquarters of the Messianic church (tourist spot in SP), Sep Countryside Headquarters and walking from the Guarapiranga dam. Reservation for youth groups: Due to repeated issues with youth groups regarding the use of the house and the sound volume within the condominium, we do not make rentals for users within this profile. The house is set up for the leisure of families and meetings in this format. We don't make excesses. Politico com som: Our house is within a gated community. So we have close neighbors. Sound boxes that can be heard by the neighborhood are not allowed. Sound apparatus must be used in accordance with the rules of conviviality among the residents, and after 10 p.m., the sound must be restricted to the internal environment of the house. Policy for small events (up to 50 people): - R$100.00/person/night, for people who sleep in the house, in addition to 8, with a maximum of 16. - R$50.00/people/dayuse for those who go to the place to spend the day and use the structure but who will not stay to sleep. Guest access The house is cleaned prior to your entrance and our housekeeper will inform you of how it works. The house is inside a condominium, allowing the tour of the place safely. Other things to note The house comfortably holds 10 people, reaching 14 with the available mattresses and sofa beds. The value of the stay is for up to 10 people and from this number, the amount of R$100.00 per guest is added per day. Small events: We charge R$50/day per person for events with up to 50 people not staying overnight in the house, just enjoying the space. We have a lot of affection for the place and you will see, in the small details, that a lot of love has been placed in this space. We're pretty sure you'll keep it as you found it, and it will be the first of many visits.
