The Neill House in Beautiful Downtown Kernville.

A fully restored 1890 Victorian in the heart of town. Claw foot tubs, period antiques. 11 foot ceilings 1st floor, 10 ft. 2nd floor. Full kitchen, laundry, heat & A/C. Wifi, TV's in two of the bedrooms. Walk to the Kern River, dining, parks, nightlife, banks, white water rafting, museum. The price per night for one room is $100 (two persons), more rooms must be booked separate. Both upstairs bedrooms have a lavatory in the room as these two share the upstairs bath. Bedroom #1 has a tv. The space This is the only authentic Victorian in the Valley. It has a rich history. The "Trail of 100 Giants" the giant Sequoia trees, are a 40 min. drive up along the wild and scenic Kern River. The downstairs bedroom #3 has a private bath. Upstairs rooms, 1&2 share a bath. Both 1&2 have a washbasin (sink) in the room. Guest access Whole house except master bedroom and office. Fax and copy available. Parking is provided. Coffee is provided in kitchen and there's an available fridge, stove, double ovens, microwave. Load dishes in dishwasher. I'll give instructions for use upon arrival. During your stay White water rafting arrangements & dinner reservations can be made. I have no second language capability. I do keep a cat, which is kept out of the available rooms but roams the rest of the house. Other things to note The house was formerly a B&B.
