The best view, the best place!

The space The apartment has the best view and location in Montevideo. It is infront of the sea, in the "rambla", and in the best and most beautiful neighbourhood of the city, Punta Carretas. It has 2 bedrooms, the principal with a queen sommier and the an enormous window directly to the sea, the second room is used as a dressing room but it is made to have anothe bed if needed. The living room and dining room are enormous and all the large windows also face the sea and the lovely Punta Carretas landscape (fields, rocks, light house). The furnitures are modern, minimal and enrich the level of the stay. The bathroom and kitchen are modern, new and comfortable. Water pressure is excellent. It has central heating, perfect for the cold wather. Las but not least, the 24 hour security every day makes it a very priviledged and peaceful building. The heighbourhood is unbeatable. You are metres from the best shopping center, "Punta Carretas Shopping", where you can do shooping in the coolest fashion houses, you can also find presents for friends and relatives; in the shopping you have the best Supermarket in the area, where you can find all the food and gourmet stuff you need to eat and drink. And there is also the best SPA and gym if you want to excercise, all these, there. But I recommend going to the rambla and doing your workout outdoors. There is public transport all around and you are relativelly near all the turistic centers Montevideo has to offer. There is not a better spot than this one in the city!
