The space Our favorite place is the Kiosk, which is located between the pool and the barbecue area, with a large lounge. A house with 3 floors and six bedrooms. Ideal for families with children. Privileged location, easy access via the Bunjiro Nakao/Raposo Tavares Highway. House Description: Large house: living/dining/fireplace rooms, toilet, kitchen, service area Kiosk: Large lounge with tables and chairs, kitchen and barbecue area Recreation: Pool with reflecting pool Tennis court The bedrooms are as follows: Bedroom 1 - En-suite with 1 double bed and 1 bathroom (for 2 people) Bedroom 2 - 02 Single Beds (for 02 people) Bedroom 3 - 01 Single Bunk Bed (for 02 people) Bedroom 4 - 1 full bed in the attic (for 2 people) Bedroom 5 - 2 single beds in the lower part of the duplex and mattresses (3 people) Bedroom 6 - 1 Full Bed in the lower part of the other Duplex and mattress (3 people) We also have 3 rooms that are closed during the stay, as they are the private rooms of the owners, who will not be in the house at the time of the rental. Attic - ample space with living areas and where one of the bedrooms is located Guest access The rent is for the entire property, not being shared with other guests or owners at the time of stay. The only person who will be on the property and in a separate house is the caretaker of the property. Other things to note Site between the cities of São Roque and Ibiuna, near Bunjiro Nakao Highway, km 60, wine road of São Roque. - Check-in time will be at 10:00 on the first day and must be held no later than 20:00 on the same day, then the entrance can be held from 9:00 on the following day. - Check-out time until 5:00 pm on the last day SITE RULES WE DO NOT PROVIDE CLOTHES BEDS, TOWELS PILLOWS OR PERSONAL HYGIENE ITEMS SUCH AS TOILET PAPER, SOAPS AND SHAMPOOS; - WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OR SMALL SIZE. - RENTAL FOR A MAXIMUM OF 15 PEOPLE TO SLEEP AND EVENTS FOR UP TO 20 PEOPLE TO SPEND THE DAY. IN CASE OF OVER 16 PEOPLE TO SPEND THE DAY, HA INCREASE OF RATE. - WE HAVE BATHS ON THE SITE AND CANNOT BE USED, ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL. IN ADVANCE OF THE RESERVATION WE REQUEST THE NAMES AND RGS OF ALL GUESTS AND FOR CHECK-IN WE REQUIRE THE PRESENTATION OF THE DOCUMENTS FOR ENTRY TO THE PROPERTY.
