There are two bedrooms, one en-suite, both with air-conditioning, a guest bathroom, a full kitchen, an outdoor terrace to hang clothes, a living room, and a balcony, well lit with morning sun. Fan in the living room and bedrooms. A parking space for cars up to medium size. Apartment with Wi-Fi. The space The apartment accommodates up to 6 adults + 2 children. The en-suite has a double bed and a bunk bed, a clothes rack, a mirror, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan The bedroom has a double bed, shelves, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and mirror. The living room has a sofa bed with single mattresses, ceiling fan, TV, balcony. The dining room has a round table with 4 very modern and comfortable chairs. The kitchen has all the utensils such as a coffee bottle, pots, glasses, tablecloth, dish towels, microwave, blender, among others. We do not offer bed and bath linens. The building has a swimming pool and barbecue grill (schedule the day and time with the janitor and pay the cleaning fee) and Wi-Fi in the common areas. Use of the barbecue by appointment on site and payment of the cleaning fee. We accept pets under the following rules: Be used to the apartment Do not climb on beds and sofas Do their business outside the apartment Do not leave them alone for too long Guest access The entire apartment area, parking space, swimming pool and barbecue areas will be available to guests. Other things to note Please use the outdoor shower before entering the lobby to avoid bringing sand into the apartment and common areas of the building.
