Clinton Hill pied-a-terre

We are offering a sun drenched one bedroom pied-à-terre in our family's brownstone located in Clinton Hill. Please send us an inquiry prior to booking request. We respond normally pretty immediately and if for some reason space is not available, we are always happy to perhaps refer you to something else. The space Located on the top floor of the brownstone (two long flights up since she has high ceiling) the space has natural light filtering in from windows on two sides and additionally from skylights. Please note that the house is surrounded by trees so we do have a bit of wild life in terms of birds singing and occasionally roosting outside windows or local trees and they like to sing. The house is a 150 to 200 year old Victorian Brownstone with original details that we have been slowly restoring. So, if you are looking for something modern and sleek this is not for you. If you appreciate architecture and volumes and character it is for you.The flat and building retains many of its original details. The house s located around the corner from Pratt Institute and one block from the train or approximately 10 minute walk to all major subway lines dependent on your stride. In general it is 20 minutes by car or subway to Manhattan and walking distance to BAM, The Barclay Center, and local restaurants, flea and farmer markets. Other things to note Daily cleaning, as well as, the capability to stock your refrigerator prior to your arrival is available for an additional charge upon request. Please be so kind as to read House Rules in this posting. Electrical Usage - We ask that all electrical items and lights be turned off when you are not home or we reserve the right to charge for usage. TV Service- Please be advised that a Smart TV is set up. and you are welcome to log into your own account to view common apps such as Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu or others. Laundry and Dry Cleaning– We generally use a local laundromat for laundering and dry-cleaning services that you can either drop off or pick up or have drop off and pickups scheduled. If you prefer to do it yourself, we can also recommend local laundromats. PLEASE make sure you note the number of guests since, no extra guests are allowed during your stay.
