The Ingram Building, is located at 720 5th Avenue South in the heart of Old Naples, in the middle of the entertainment and Restaurant District. Our building consists of six exclusive and private residences on the third floor with balconies overlooking Camier Park, Von Liebig Art Center, and Sugdon Theater. Pristine white sand beaches, and some of the best dining and shopping in Florida are at your doorstep. Our unique guest residences all have exotic Brazilian cherry floors, solid mahogany doors and cabinets with granite countertops. Each residence is furnished with antiques and Persian rugs, and have fully equipped kitchens. All residences have full laundry rooms with washer and dryer. Our private, heated pool located on the second floor, is available for our quests. Ingram Building also provides wireless internet and free local telephone service. Elevators are located front and back. The Ingram Buliding is one of the few remaining family owned businesses in Old Naples. It was originally the location of Ingram Hardware which served the area from the late 1940s until 1980s. The property was developed and is run by Dan Ruhl who is the grandson of the late Roy Ingram.
