We don't just have a mountain view, we have views of mountains from almost every room and about the hiking trails on the ranch. The space Imagine entering an Exclusive Private Ranch Estate thru a beautiful long and winding half mile driveway to a luxurious Log Cabin Lodge, atop a 500 foot enclave overlooking the snow capped Rocky Mountains. This exclusive and secluded ranch has been host to an Oscar winning director, sports celebs, recording artists and several authors/screen writers who use it to recharge and be inspired in their creative process. Even a billionare called this beauty home for a month! Blue Sky Mountain Ranch features spectacular mountain views, privacy, vast acreage, private hiking trails, camp-fire pit, 2 hot tubs, 2500 square feet of patio and deck space, mountain biking, archery, wildlife watching, ATV trails, disc golf course, and rock outcroppings for climbing and lots more of exciting activities, all without a neighbor in sight. If you've exhausted our trail system and activities on property, you'll be surprised to find out that civilization and attractions are within 5 to 30 minutes of the ranch! What other property provides you with the best of BOTH worlds? This is not just a place to stay, it's an experience! This Colorado Mountain Vacation Rental is well suited for extended family get togethers/reunions and small corporate retreats. The Lodge sleeps up to 12 adults, but the platform will quote you for a base price of 8 people. Keep in mind for corporate retreats and bachelors/stag singles, there are only "7" beds in the home in 6 distinctly different sleeping areas for adults. (2) additional twins are for children or those under 100lbs, so for that reason corporate or bachelor types of stays or singles should stay within 7 if each want their OWN bed. Sleeping of 12 people is for 5 couples, 2 singles and/or 2 children. The Master Bedroom "wing" is a 2 floor master retreat with in-suite master bath, walk-in closet, hot tub on lower floor, flat screen tv and a wall of windows with rare, unmatched views of the mountains. The outdoor spaces closest to the home are beautifully accommodating with a dining/bbq deck seating up to 6 or get out of the sun where you can seat up to 12 in the indoor dining room which is only 4 feet from the dining deck and has the best views of the Rocky Mountains and Sunset in the state. A Sun deck has a large chaise lounge, for sunning yourself, a 6 seat hot tub, log furnishings and benches. The hot tub deck and hammock area are great for relaxing and there is a 1 acre contained 6 foot fence to keep your pets or children within the confines of the immediate compound around the lodge. Under the deck, stay in the shade on 6 adirondack chairs and listen to the windchimes or move over to the adjacent flagstone patio with gigantic large ponderosa picnic table that seats 12 for a picnic lunch with forest views, a pondersa bench which seats 4 and a makeshift bar area with beautiful bistro lighting. Diverse landscapes on property are incredible! Rock cliffs & ridge lines, flowery meadows, seasonal stream running through the middle of the property, Evergreen species, Aspen groves, and a trail system that rivals most parks. The kitchen is large and open to the dining area and living room with oversized picture windows for admiring the expansive mountain views. The theater features state of the art 65 inch smart flat screen LED, Streaming HDTV with Surround Sound, Blue Ray/Mp3 Player and Wii gaming system. A library of CDs and DVDs is available . Sectional seating for 6, 2 more in wingback chairs, and 4 more on bar seating. Wifi is complimentary all over the home and outdoor spaces immediately around the home. Catching up on some work? There is a charming study available for your use. Pak n' Play crib/playpen for your infant/toddler and a portable high chair. We are a 420 and Pet Friendly property. 420 means however, no smoking flower inside the home, vaping is fine. Pet fee of $250 (dogs only) is not included in airbnb's quote. We will not charge this cost until a week out of arrival just in case you decide to leave the pups at home. Some fun Excursions and activities are not included in Airbnb's quote, so inquire before booking. Vacation Rental agreement (specific to this particular property) must be signed before booking is considered confirmed by owners. The Reservation may be cancelled should the rental agreement not be signed & returned within 48 hours of booking thru this platform. Airbnb's standard agreement does NOT cover this type of property. Bachelor parties/group of singles or an elopement type of stay inside 12 guests must indicate this in the inquiry and there must be a conversation prior to "booking" the property. It's important that guests know the owners don't condone "partying" at this accommodation. If guests wish to throw a party and drink heavily, this is not the accommodation for that. Mature bachelor retreats who enjoy hiking and getting out in nature without the "drinking to excess" element will be accepted. There are additional fees if you invite day guests to the property or for certain type uses of the property. Booking the ranch for lodging thru "lodging platforms" never automatically includes usage of the ranch for any parties, get-togethers, elopements, ceremonies, commercial retreats, commercial filmings or photo sessions, reunions, day guests, catered dinners or events etc. Those come at extra fees. Vendors you may hire and invite to the property are at additional fees. Getting Married or Eloping on property comes at an additional fee. The Shed, Outbuilding/Detached Garage and the land immediately behind the garage about 100 feet away from the Lodge, as well as the Squirrel's Nest area seen on the overview of this property which is down the driveway a half mile away must not be trespassed upon, meaning guests should not go near these particular "private/owner" areas. Guests are not permitted around these areas in particular. Guest access Responsible guest is required to sign owner's rental agreement & CC auth prior to the stay being fully confirmed. Airbnb's policies do not cover properties this large. Their exclusions for properties like these require guests to sign the paperwork within 48 hours of booking thru this platform. Guests may not enter or use any tools in the detached tool shed or grab firewood from our winter store lots, or enter the "detached" garage and studio outbuildings.
