Our condo is located 30 minutes from the Liberia airport, between a lovely touristy village called Playa del Coco and peaceful Ocotal Beach, both within walking distance of our condo. Many guided tours to the rain-forest, volcanoes, waterfalls, sea turtles, snorkeling etc., are available and they will pick up directly at the condo. We hope you enjoy your stay! Pura Vida! Coco offers shopping, dining, nightlife and a large active beach. Ocotal is a beautiful small golden and black sand beach with many water sports available and an excellent restaurant, Father Rooster's. A short drive by car or scooter will take you to other breathtaking beaches and natural areas. Many guided tours are available and they will pick up directly at the condo. Many species of birds, butterflies, reptiles and monkeys visit the area throughout the day providing endless entertainment. Our condo #8020 is on the upper most level of the complex Dolce Vita, Villa La Colina where there are only 6 duplex units. The condo is on the second floor with a private staircase and large balcony. Here you’ll find an incredible view of the extraordinary infinity pool with the beautiful hills (Colinas) in the background. There is 24hr security onsite. The interior of the condo is fully furnished and equipped, including washer and dryer, in a spacious 860 square feet. It has a master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. There is a guest bedroom and a second bathroom. Living room, dining room and kitchen are open flowing spaces. The living room, dining room and kitchen face the infinity pool and the hills. Our condo has large windows and vaulted ceilings creating a bright open space. An air conditioning unit is available in each of the bedrooms and in the common living area. Pura Vida! Paul & Josée Guest access You will have full access to the 2 bedroom unit as well as pool, common area and parking access. Other things to note We allow for a maximum of $75 hydro usage per month prorated weekly. For normal electricity use this will be more than sufficient. But if your running AC with the windows open or unnecessarily then you will surely go over. We charge 20cents per KWH for overage. With the condo up high we always open all the windows and a beautiful breeze flow through the whole place. We only turn on AC before going to sleep.
