Beautiful bright studio apartment with balcony in the heart of Cartagena in the trendy neighborhood of Getsemaní (Centro histórico), steps from all the amazing sites and restaurants the Old City has to offer. -Perfect location: Walk everywhere! -Located in the most charming street in Getsemaní, with art galleries, restaurants and cafés, you'll feel like a local -Only a 7 min walk to the old city -Convention Center 5 min walk -Great restaurants around -Perfect for remote working - Super fast wifi The space This studio apartment is the perfect base to explore Cartagena, it’s very spacious and cozy with a queen bed, a single sofa bed (please note it is a small and narrow sofa bed so it only fits 1 person), a nice bathroom, a small but comfortable kitchen where you can cook your meals (electric stove) and a charming balcony where you can enjoy the sunsets and the view of getsemani’s lovely houses. It has A/C, TV with cable and netflix, and super fast wifi. It’s located on the third floor of a small 3 floor building. Please note there's no elevator but a member of our team will help you with your bags. Located in Getsemaní, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of the historic center, with many restaurants and bars to choose from. The walled city just steps away, famous Café Havana 4 min walk, Convention center 5 min walk, dock to go to the islands and playa blanca (muelle de la bodeguita) 10min walk. The wooden stairs you see in the photos are to access the building's rooftop where the water tank and AC units are located, it’s not a recreational rooftop and it is not safe, therefore the access is closed and guests are not allowed to go up. Guest access Guests will have the entire studio apartment for themselves. Other things to note Please let us know if you will be using the sofa bed so we can have it ready for you. Please note it is a small sofa bed so it only fits one person. For stays longer than 7 nights we offer one free cleaning per week only if the guest requests it. If you would like daily cleaning please let us know and we could arrange it for an extra fee if our cleaning team is available.
