Happy Place is a lovely Condo right on the river, it is walking distance to downtown Helen. You can enjoy the river for trout fishing or tubing. Sitting on the covered porches and watching and listening to the river nothing like it... The condo has the most cozy comfy feel with a gas fireplace, stainless steal and hardwoods. There is 2 master suits with queen beds with private bathrooms. New queenSofa bed . You can enjoy this amazing condo all year around with all the amenities. The space It is our standard practice to throughly disinfect and clean after each rental Guest access Guest can use the whole condo Other things to note This townhome is not pet friendly please be respectful and do not bring your animals! There will be a $250 pet fee and you could be asked to vacate the property! Don't forget to call me if you have a Birthday or Anniversary I can pick up for a fee anything you need to make it special
