zEastwood Cabin-like Suite near Boeing, Tinker AFB

Comfort does not have to come expensive. You sleep in a romantic cottage like suite. Queen bed, sleeper futon, private bath tub in room, bidet, double sink, smart TV, and balcony. High speed WiFi, shared kitchen and laundry. It's a private room in a shared house. But you will be the only one in the add-on in the back of the house and have your spot all to yourself, even a balcony. It is for long term only (one month minimum). Contact me before booking to get that special price. The space How would you like to live? Boxed up in a cube or rather wanna feel like on vacation every day? The room has all you need to "survive", though you need to keep in mind that the "bathroom facilities" are not in a separate private room. As for now there is a curtain in front of the toilet to provide a hint of privacy. If you prefer just a shower and want to use a "real" bathroom you may use the downstairs facilities which is "territory" of other roomies. Please keep this in mind before you book. If you understand that you rent a room in a SHARED HOME home and NOT in a HOTEL then you are invited to experience relaxation and a feel of vacation after a day of hard work. As to clarify where your private room is in the house: You will enter the original main house with three bedrooms that is rented out to other roommates. After passing through the living room you find a 2-level add-on to the house with over 500 square foot each level. You are renting the add-on only, not the entire house. Which includes the upstairs room that is kinda a romantic sleeping quarter that has nukes for toilet/bidet, bathtub and two sinks as seen in the photos. And can't beat having your personal balcony. The downstairs area is kind of an open area, but a glass sliding door separates the downstairs area of teh main house from the add-on. So you may not expect 100 % privacy in that specific open area downstairs . Though you still get a great super comfy place upstairs all for yourself as a cozy spot to rest. On a side note: The City of Del City requires that residents are registered with their office. This is as simple as adding you to our short term lease and taking it to the City. I allow easy cancellation in case your plans should change. Just give me a one weeks notice, Asking for $100 refundable deposit. Guest access You may use the kitchen downstairs to prepare your meals and also use the laundry facilities. During your stay You have easy self check-in and I am just a text message and 15 minutes away and can assist if you need additional help. Other things to note Please respect No smoking inside the house, and absolutely NO MARIJUANA (not medical either) and no RECREATIONAL DRUGS .
