Cottage in Owen Sound

Enjoy the gorgeous Georgian Bay sunrise & sunsets on the front porch or waterside. Come inside to a lovely family room where you can sit, play games, watch tv or simply curl up & relax. There is a mainfloor bathroom with a shower. The kitchen comes fully stocked. Head upstairs to another full bathroom with tub and shower, as well as 3 bedrooms. Enjoy the evening sitting on the fully enclosed sunroom and watch the sunset with your favourite book. **NO bookings to anyone under that age of 25 The space Enjoy the gorgeous Georgian Bay sunrise and sunsets on the front porch or waterside. Grab a book and enjoy the peaceful waterfront. There is so much to do so close by. Sauble beach, Owen Sound 10mins away for shopping, Bruce trails, The grotto, Sauble Beach 30mins away, Indian Falls for loads of fun with the little ones, Legacy Golf Course, Cobblestone Golf Course, so much to do, you'll need to come back! Kitchen is fully stocked just bring your groceries and enjoy the sounds of the waves. Laundry is available on site as well as a gas BBQ and sitting area out back. **Please note we have a strict no party, no rental to under age 25 rule. No refunds will be provided if rules are not followed. Including too many guests. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Also note no more than 2 cars are accommodated. Guest access Access to boat launch and tennis courts (located at Indian Falls). Other things to note No rentals to groups of students, or groups under the age of 25. Refunds are not made if guests are asked to leave early due to not adhering to the expectations and guidelines of the cottage rental agreement. ie) any loud noise after 11pm. Extra $200 per night per extra guest charge for guests over 6 (to max 8 guests)
