The Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a large flat panel TV. The master bath has a jacuzzi-type tub with jets. There is another large bedroom with a king bed and tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed, a large closet and hall bath with a shower. The large, bright kitchen and breakfast area is equipped with all needed appliances, and many spices for your use. (*Note: A small, start-up amount of paper towels and trash bags is also included). There is a large dining table in front of the patio doors, and an adjoining Den area that has 2 fold-out couches that can make into double beds. Other amenities include a laundry room with a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi internet access, a quiet beach area with beach lounge chairs, and a large, maintained swimming pool. There are plenty of things to do here at Grapetree #7 to occupy your time, from dining or shopping in town, to reading or snorkeling the cool sunken shipwreck, located right in front of the property. There is a grocery market nearby where you can purchase any additional items as needed. Also, towels and rags are provided that correlates to the number of renters. Wash towels as needed. There are also 8 colorful towels stored at the patio door for your use at the beach.
