Beach house south of Lima KM 87.5 South Panamericana, Mala District, sleeps 10 people on a quiet and safe beach 5 minutes from Boulevard Asia. The master bedroom, bedroom 2 and the dining room have TV with cable signal. All bedrooms have private bathrooms and hot water. COMMON AREAS OF THE CONDO (large pool, restaurant , sports courts, etc. ) are only operational in summer. (Dec 15 to Semana Santa ) The space Bedroom 1: One queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 2 single beds (bunk bed) Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, 2 single beds (bunk bed) Room 4: 4 single beds.
