Beach house south of Lima, 87.5 km from the Pan-American Highway, Mala District, with capacity for 10 people on a quiet and safe beach 5 minutes from Asia Boulevard. The master bedroom, bedroom 2 and the dining room have cable TV. All bedrooms have a private bathroom and hot water. THE COMMON AREAS OF THE CONDOMINIUM (Large pool, restaurant, sports courts, etc.) are only operational in summer. (Dec 15 until Easter) The space Bedroom 1: One queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 2 single beds (bunk beds) Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, 2 single beds (bunk beds) Room 4: Four single beds.
