House in Cond. Angra/RJ, P. Goiabas - best view!

My space is in the Praia das Goiabas Condominium, with a private beach great for swimming. It also has the best view of the condominium, it's breathtaking! The house is simple but very cozy, great for weekends and holidays. It is located close to markets, restaurants and bars. The house has 2 floors. On the 1st: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room and outdoor area with barbecue, laundry and 1 bathroom. On the 2nd: 1 suite and 1 living room, both with air-conditioning, 1 toilet, kitchen and balcony. The space The house is simple, but very cozy and will give you all the support for your stay. The house has two floors: External area (on the 1st floor): Balcony, barbecue, bathroom, refrigerator and tables. 1st floor: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and living room. 2nd floor: 1 suite and living room (both with air conditioning), balcony, kitchen and 1 toilet. Access to the house is via the stairs, it is not possible to access the house directly by car. You must park in the condominium parking lot (located just below the house) and go up the stairs, but the view is rewarding! Guest access Guests can access the entire place, including the condominium and the private beach. Other things to note NO LOUD NOISE EVEN DURING THE DAY, AS THIS IS A FAMILY CONDOMINIUM.
