What does the reservation include? - Linens (sheets, towels, kitchen towels). - Bedding. - Basic hygiene items (soap, dishwasher, toilet paper) that will NOT be renewed during the stay. - Unlimited use of the hot tub (firewood by the tenant). - Private pool (available from November to March) 2. What is NOT included in the reservation? - Cleaning items (toiletries) for the stay. - Firewood for the stove/hot tub. - Additional services (hot tub, stove or grill lighting). 3. House Rules. Prohibited: - Hold events. - Frying inside the house. - Smoking inside the house. - Accommodate more than 7 people. - Throwing items other than toilet paper into the toilets. - Leave your pet inside the house without supervision. - Putting your pet on beds and/or armchairs. - Manipulate cable TV connections or internet router. - Use the electric oven as a heater. - Lean on the radiators. - Leave A/C on when you are not in the house. - Bylaws: No loud noises after 11:00 PM, walk your pet on a leash in common areas, drive at 20 km/h, do not park cars on the road. 4. Type of internet? Broadband. It works well for streaming apps and does not work 100% for video calls. 5. Type of heating? - Wood-burning thermo-stove: It is a conventional wood-burning stove that, in addition to heating the place, heats radiators in the rooms. *IMPORTANT: The level of heat in the radiators will depend on the power of the fire and its maintenance. Take this aspect into account for the winter season. - A/C in the master bedroom (en suite). 6. About the services. - Gas hot water (water heater). - Drinking water. - Electric stove and oven. - There is NO dishwasher or clothes dryer. - Washing machine available - Charcoal grill. - DirecTV. 7. Possible extra costs. These charges will be made through AirCovers to the tenant: - For any permanent structural, functional or aesthetic damage to the house's furniture (furniture, chairs, beds, curtains, crockery, etc.). - For any "unusual" stain (biological fluids or food debris) found on the textile material. - For any fine issued by the condominium management during your stay. - For obstruction of septic tank drains due to misuse of bathroom appliances (throwing items other than toilet paper) - Exceeding the capacity of guests in the house (7 people).
