Between the ocean and the lake

Gueshouse in 2 acres ranch near the Sause lake not far form the beach Ocean Park (2 km) 20 min from Punta del Este, 15 min from Piriapolis using a car or bus This is an unattached and very cozy lodge located in a quiet and peaceful setting near a huge lake ( only 800 meters ) and the Atlantic Ocean (two kilometers). It takes approx. 20 minutes by bus to Punta del Esta and 15 minutes to Piriapolis. This is the best way for a small family of up to 4 persons to relax. Dear guests- we offer : pool ( 6,5 m X 3,5 m), two-and three-wheeled bikes, washing and drying machine, BBQ, inflatable boat for trips on the lake, a Siamese cat, who can accompany you during your walks :))) There is a kitchen area with a fridge, a microwave, a cooker, a kettle , utensils, etc. We live in the adjacent house and are always ready to communicate and help solve any (current) problems. Our village is a fine, environmentally clean and safe place. During the hot season the dry wind from the Pampas is nonexistent. This is what differs our area from most parts of the country and makes it very favorable for rest (and relaxation). The main road of Uruguay - Ruta Interbalnearia (IB) - is approximately eight hundred meters from the house and connects the main resorts and beaches of the country. Bus service to the Carasko Airport (MVD) , the cities of Punta del Este, Piriapolis and Montevideo are provided nearly around the clock. The Punta del Este airport near our village is about 2 km away. If necessary, you can call a taxi . Comfortable buses travel between the Montevideo airport to Punta del Este twice an hour along the Ruta Interbalnearia (IB) Parking near our house is unlimited. Nearby the house is an eco beach Ocean Park, where people specifically come for walks in the dunes and breathe fresh air. The nudist beach of Chihuahua and the children's beach of Portezuelo is in close proximity.
