St. Ives Resort on Shuswap Lake - 3 bdrm units

This is one of the most beautifully located lake front resort in the North Shuswap. There are 17 spacious 1 to 3 bdrm town homes, fully equipped with linens and pots and pans, and laundry on site. All condos have a propane fireplace and a loft with extra beds. Just bring your groceries and plan to enjoy free WIFI, free watercraft w/ nice dock and/or snowshoes for winter. Enjoy our games room with free movies, billiards, ping pong and a variety of year round activities nearby. PET FRIENDLY. The space Propane BBQ pits are available for all guests to use year round. We have a separate swimming area off the dock but the community beach has a wonderful bonfire pit with picnic tables and swimming area. There is a variety of activities nearby in the summer with great hiking trails or snowshoeing, snowmobiling and x-country trails in the off-season. Guest access The clubhouse is open 9 am - 9pm and the office is open from 9am - 5pm, 10 - 4pm on Sundays. Please inquire for winter hours. There are people always available on-call should you need assistance with anything. Other things to note There is not any natural gas used here so that is why no carbon monoxide alarms are needed at our resort. We run strictly on propane gas and electricity with fire alarms and extinguishers in each unit. There are cool breezes that come off the lake and down the mountain so there is not much need for air conditioning and the lake is always there inviting you to cool down.
