Cottage in Grayland

We’ve upgraded our cottage but it still has that cozy cabin feel that guests love. Private trail across street is a 5 min. walk to the beach. Large backyard with firepit, horseshoes & chairs. Enjoy a break with an evening fire or Netflix movie (Roku smart TV). Log wood/open beams interior with AC/Heat from new mini-split. Comfortably sleeps 3 adults/3-4 children. Propane grill, crab pots, clam guns, board games, patio set, beach chairs/towels/blanket, bikes and kids sand toys onsite. The space Beautiful open beam ceilings and solid wood walls make this cottage a cozy, warm retreat when you are ready to come back inside from a great day outdoors at the ocean. Large grass yard in backyard surrounded by trees gives it a secluded and private feel. Directly across the quiet street is a wooded area with a private beautiful path that's a 5 minute walk to beach. During the rainy season (approximately Oct-April) an alternative trail remains dry-it's further south on the road and just adds another 5 minutes to the walk. Queen bed in master, twin bed in 2nd room along with submarine bunk (3 beds) for kids. All appliances are updated including a washer and dryer. Remote control, mini split with heat and AC. Fire pit, propane BBQ, chairs, horseshoes, board games, Wi-fi and smart tv, outdoor table with chairs, 2 crab pots, 2 clam guns, skim board adult bikes and more all onsite that we share. Guest access Keypad on door. Additional $20 charge per person/per night for more than 5 guests. We recently added a park home that we are remodeling for future family and Airbnb guests; you will have the entire property to yourself with access to the cabin and yard and trails. Other things to note Shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods and multi purpose spray are provided. The area is sparsely populated so you can get away from the crowds and breathe fresh ocean air! Our family cottage is an short walk to enjoy 18 miles on the quiet coastline.
