This is our Calle 9 two bedroom apartment. 1 block from Park Poblado. Terrace. Ac. Hot tub. Full kitchen. Both have oversized queen beds. In suite bathrooms. Closets each have a wall safe. Good WiFi. There’s a coin washer and dryer in the hallway. 3 flat screens. Lleras is a 6 minute walk. There is no need for car here. You can have guests no charge ever. You can make a little noise until midnight here as well. We recommend bringing a firestick or a Google Chrome The space Important info to consider. As I look for myself to rent a place here in Medellín. I noticed house rules at other places. There horrible. Must register guests before hand. Maximum amount of people is 2 in a 2 bedroom. Fines for this fines for that. At my places. It’s your place. Have guests. Make sure they have ID. We rent to adults. Use good judgement. There is no extra fees for anything.
