There’s a coin washer and dryer in the hallway. 3 flat screens. Lleras is a 6 minute walk. There is no need for car here. You can have guests no charge ever. You can make a little noise until midnight here as well. Sweet Georgia brown restaurant is almost across the street. The space Important info to consider. As I look for myself to rent a place here in Medellín. I noticed house rules at other places. There horrible. Must register guests before hand. Maximum amount of people is 2 in a 2 bedroom. Fines for this fines for that. At my places. It’s your place. Have guests. Make sure they have ID. We rent to adults. Use good judgement. There is no extra fees for anything. Unless of course you break something. Then we charge you exactly the cost. No upcharge. We even send invoice we paid to fix it.
