Truly, New Suffolk boasts the most gorgeous sunsets on all of the North Fork. The space This 19th century home has endured a complete ground-up restoration in 2019. The original floors and mahogany banisters look as good as they did in the early 1900’s. Modernization and comfort of our guests was of the upmost importance! From the full chef’s kitchen with dual-fuel six burner range, to the oversize porcelain bathroom fixtures and Aesop products throughout, to the flatscreen TV, game-room, and state of the art washer & dryer, think of this as your boutique resort escape! Enjoy cooking a feast for your guests and dining at our table for 10. Relax in one of the two sitting rooms or our grand living room sprawled out on the huge fluffy sofa’s :) The bedroom, each with breathtaking sea views and of conveniences like phone chargers, etc. You’ll never be too hot or too cold thanks to our brand new ducted A/C and heat system. Sit and soak in one of two large cast iron soaking tubs, lovingly re-glazed so that you can live your most luxurious getaway! In the basement you will find a huge games room perfect hosting family movies or game nights. This is truly an extraordinary space fit for those looking for the best location on the island with privacy and the perfect entertaining spaces. The local tavern is just a short walk away for those meals you don’t feel like preparing. The convenience of Cutchogue town are less than 5 min away. The North Fork is full of vineyards, fabulous restaurants, and endless fun in all seasons for all ages. We’d be more than happy to help you organize anything you need during your stay including chefs, masseuses etc. Our home is professionally cleaned before and after every visit to ensure you feel absolutely at home. Guest access The home offers 3 levels of access. The basement is included and hosts a games area and plenty of room to have family movie nights or marathon games- gorgeous original brick walls and high ceiling. Two next levels are living spaces and all bedrooms are on top floor. Attic space not available. Garage not available but full driveway with private parking space for cars. Beach house also comes with rental. Lastly, the beachfront is entirely private.
