A double room with a private toilet and shower

Our apartment is very well located, on block one of Av. Mariscal Cáceres de Miraflores, at the junction with Calle Santa Rosa. -Next to the "Ricardo Palma" station on the "Vía Expresa" (only stop in Miraflores). -A 5-minute walk to Surquillo's "Mercado 1". -A 5-minute walk from the "Parque de las Tradiciones" in Miraflores. A 7-minute walk to Kennedy Park (Miraflores). -A 15-minute walk from Larcomar shopping center and Miraflores beaches. The space Room with toilet and shower in an apartment recently refurbished as a tourist apartment. Bed bases, pillows and mattresses. Spacious and open spaces. Minimal decoration. Very clean and comfortable. Simple. You have a nightstand and a work table in the room. You have a Smart TV with Netflix installed in your room to watch from bed. On the roof of the building we have a large PRIVATE patio with awning, refrigerator and barbecue. The space is rented by reserving for 50 soles and for a maximum of 5 hours, between 10 am and 10 pm. It's important to keep in mind that drinking tap water is not recommended throughout Lima. We want you to enjoy your stay... not to have a bad day from drinking unfiltered water. Guest access You'll have to share with other guests: -An equipped kitchen and refrigerator - A dining room -Wi-Fi During your stay - Always available on my WhatsApp. - My wife or I, who is much nicer and prettier than me :) will spend a few minutes every afternoon cleaning the common areas and answering your questions personally. -I can tell you where to walk, eat, or visit in Lima. - Don't hesitate to ask us for advice on your purchases (especially on quality products from Peru: Jewelry, alpaca garments, food, drink, crafts in general...) We want to prevent you from being cheated and given "bogus goods". Other things to note -We have contacts with local artisans.
