Guest access Cleaning Service Information To ensure your comfort, we provide scheduled cleaning services based on the length of your stay: Stays from 8 to 13 nights: You will receive one full cleaning after your first 7 days of stay. This includes fresh bed sheets and towels. Stays of 14 nights or more: You will receive a full cleaning every week (once a week). This includes fresh bed sheets and towels. Frequently Asked Questions: Is there an extra cost? No. This service is fully included in your reservation price. What does the cleaning include? It includes changing the bed sheets, replacing the towels, and cleaning the main areas. What time does it take place? The cleaning staff will knock on your door between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. If you prefer a specific time due to work or personal reasons, please let us know in advance Do I need to be present during the cleaning? It is entirely your choice. You are welcome to stay in the room or go out while the staff cleans. What days is the service available? This service is only available from Monday to Saturday. There is no cleaning service on Sundays or official Mexican holidays. If your scheduled cleaning falls on one of these days, it will be rescheduled for the next business day.
