One Blood Cottage at Pieyaka's Rasta Yard

One Blood Cottage is a freshly finished house with long time roots. For us, this "likkle house" represents strong roots, powerful unity, and shared vision. It is set upon a small rise towards the back of the Rasta Yard property. Guests can enjoy the cozy inside space, beautiful new bathroom and relax on the private veranda. Decorated with local Jamaican art, African fabrics, and painted in red, gold and green, you will surely feel an irie vibe here. The space One Blood Cottage is part of our growing roots-resort, Pieyaka’s Rasta Yard. We are just a few minutes drive outside of Port Antonio. Our Rasta yard is a fun, friendly, cultural place, offering plenty of space, both shaded and sun-filled, scattered with tropical flowers, fruit trees and coconut palms. We are in the process of renovating our music and Rasta craft shop. You may order Jamaican food and drinks from our Rasta-raunt and bar. We have an onsite chef who can make you any Jamaican style meals you need with fresh local ingredients. There is a recording studio onsite, and you may see reggae artists in the yard who are working with Pieyaka or his studio engineers. We also are available to provide you with transportation to and from airports or any other location around the island. We are experienced tour guides with a wealth of information about Jamaican and Rastafarian history and culture, and we know and love our island well. The most popular tours we offer are to the Blue Lagoon, Boston Bay, Winnifred Beach, local water falls, and to Moore Town, the maroon village where Pieyaka's family has strong roots.
