My house is located very close to the center (10-minute walk), in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a large supermarket nearby, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a hospital. Timbó is recognized nationally as the first self-guided cycling tourism route, covering a distance of 300 km through 9 municipalities in the region. It is also known as the Pearl of the Valley, for its richness, beauty and quality of life. The space The suite is private. The living room, balcony, kitchen and terrace are shared. The city is 30 km from Blumenau and 20 km from Pomerode, the most German city in Brazil. Guest access You can enjoy the entire house, which is on the second floor, and for that you will only have to climb 1 flight of stairs. Other things to note The garage is shared with another car, where the cars are parked one behind the other. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the residence.
