Quick access to beaches such as Félix, Itamambuca and Prumirim. We do not provide bed linen or towels. Other things to note Our internet is 750 Mbps Fiber, we are receiving a lot of guests coming to work from home, the internet is working very well. For 7 guests, one of the double beds has an extra mattress on top of a double bed that already has a mattress. 🐾 We accept up to 2 small/medium-sized pets (we have a one-time fee of R$150 for the pets' stay). If the dogs are left alone in the apartment, they will bark, so you CANNOT leave them alone, you will have to take them with you on the tours. We kindly ask you not to let them on the sofa and beds. When using the elevator, you must be with the pet ON YOUR LAP (or use the stairs). Please always use the LEASH when transiting with it in the condominium. Here are the hours of operation for the Leisure area: Swimming pool: opening hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., except Tuesdays (closed for maintenance - if it is a holiday, maintenance is carried out on the next business day) Game Room: Opening hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday to Sunday. The amount shown on the listing is for up to 5 guests. The apartment's maximum capacity is 8 guests regardless of age, including children and infants. Over 5 guests, there is a daily charge for each additional guest (the total amount appears when you select the correct number of guests). Regarding car parking spaces, we offer a covered parking space for the car, and you can park one more extra car for R$ 20 a day (uncovered parking space), to be charged at the entrance (cash is not accepted, only card) In the condominium, we have 50 extra high-turnover vacancies available, but it works ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis. Attention: only passenger vehicles are allowed to remain in the Condominium. Visitors are not allowed during your stay You cannot take food and alcoholic beverages into the pool NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. DO NOT HANG TOWELS ON THE APARTMENT BALCONY; use the wall clothesline and the clothesline on the floor in the apartment. DO NOT POUR WATER ON THE BARBECUE GRILL TO AVOID CRACKS. RESPECT THE QUIET HOURS AND AVOID NOISE AFTER 10 p.m. If possible, please leave the apartment in an organized manner, with the dishes washed and garbage in the building's trash can We emphasize that it is a RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM !! If the owner receives notification from the condominium about any irregularity committed, the guest will have to leave the condominium immediately, regardless of the rental period.
