Adorable quiet home

House in a quiet neighborhood, with quick access by car to different points of interest: - 10 minutes from the bus terminal, downtown and theaters - 15 min from the airport - 30 minutes to the reservoirs of Diques Ullum and Agua Negra, where you can hike in the mountains and practice nautical sports. 2 blocks from home there are supermarkets, pharmacy and processed food. My experience as an Airbnb guest allows me to make your stay enjoyable and give you info. to have a great time. The space It has very close access to or from Route 40 in such a way that it is ideal for those who need to stay overnight and follow the trip . I live alone and most of the time I'm not home. Guest access The house has a garden in front and behind ,with armchairs that allow you to enjoy a green setting while taking or eating something. During your stay I have experience in cultural activities so I can advise on the Teatro del Bicentenario, Auditorium,programs, guided tours. I also practice outdoor activities such as hiking, mountaineering, water sports and would be happy to help them in everything they need.
