Cozy Escape is a thoughtfully restored 74m² apartment on the first floor of a character-filled, four-unit building in a traditional Bávaro neighborhood. You won’t find a golf course outside your window or a luxury pool at your doorstep. Instead, you’ll experience real Dominican life: local shops, friendly neighbors, the rhythm of daily life—and a true sense of place. Enjoy access to a shared community pool, walkable local businesses, and public transportation right outside the main avenue. The nearest beaches are 10–15 minutes away by car, and you’ll be well connected to key areas like El Cortecito, Los Corales, and major shopping centers. Our space is airy, modest, and welcoming—furnished with upcycled pieces and maintained with eco-friendly products. We include weekly cleaning, reliable Wi-Fi (indoor and outdoor), and no extra charges for electricity, making it ideal for both leisure travelers and digital nomads. Guest access Our guests will enjoy complete access to the apartment, which features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen equipped with essentials. Additionally, they are invited to enjoy the delightful garden and communal pool. Two gazebos are available for relaxation. Free parking is included for guests' convenience. The main street, filled with bars, restaurants, and other businesses, is just a short walk away. The apartment is within walking distance of the main street, and it has access to banks, pharmacies, hospitals, car rentals, shops, bars, restaurants, and spas, among other things. Beautiful beaches, golf courses, and Downtown are 10–15 minutes away by car. Public transport is easy to access, and we recommend using Uber for a comfortable, affordable ride. High-speed fiber optic WiFi is available indoors and outdoors. Electricity is included—no extra charges. Flexible check-in and check-out, plus weekly cleaning, are available with 24 hours notice (subject to availability) at no extra cost. Modest community pool on site, shared with neighbors—easy to access and great for cooling off. The apartment is located in a traditional Dominican neighborhood—not inside a resort, luxury complex, or golf property.
