Central location. Great ocean view! Quiet room upper level, queen bed in quiet corner of house. Shared kitchen/bathroom (bathtub and shower). 1 km to shopping, restaurants, gas, trails. Not a hotel or a fancy home. We live in this space, have other guests & are happy to offer budget style accommodations. We believe you will feel comfortable in our home. Easy self serve access, make yourself at home. Please park on the street. The space Private room with queen bed, shared bathroom, tub with hand held shower. Shared kitchen. Please clean up after each use, kitchen closes at 9 PM. No visitors. We have designed our airbnb to satisfy the traveller that is busy by day and looking for a quiet place to rest at night. Location Details: This home is on a typical Campbell River suburban street with ocean view. Our home is 'close' city bus stop (up steep hill 3 blocks) but buses aren't super frequent. Campbell River is a town that is best travelled when you have your own car, just saying. We believe in multi-use homes to reduce the impact of suburban sprawl on our forests and farm lands. Our home is clean and nothing is new as we prefer not to fill the city dump unnecessarily. We believe in the power of people connecting and working together to create a world that works for everyone.
