The space The accommodation is the part of my house facing the front. It has direct entrance from the street and is completely independent from the space I live in. It consists of two rooms (with windows to a small garden and on the street) and bathroom. All access and exclusive use. The access room is equipped with a desk by the window, it works as a dining room (with frigobar, microwave, electric jug, coffee maker, blender and bread toaster). The accommodation does not include kitchen; but the necessary items to conserve, heat, or prepare any food that does not require cooking or that can be done in a microwave. (There is a wide range of rotisseries, deliveries, bars and restaurants in the area). The bedroom is spacious; it has air conditioning, two-seater bed, placard and toillete. In summary: space for exclusive use, independent access, on the ground floor, in front, composed of two bedrooms and bathroom. Guest access Guests receive two keys, one for the gate through which the small garden is accessed. There you will find: on the left the staircase of the two apartments upstairs and on the ground floor, the entrance door to the accommodation where you will be staying. Other things to note The top two floors are occupied by my family. My daughter has a dog and leaves it at my house when she goes to work. At some point, they may cross paths in the garden, when they bring her to me, or when they take her for a walk. (My house is accessed through the garage door) The dog is extremely affectionate and not at all aggressive. I have a dog. I mention it because there are times when they bark. And they'll certainly do it when you arrive. Although the accommodation is independent of the space I inhabit, you will hear them; although obviously it is something momentary.
