The villa is designed to experience the most luxurious and unforgettable vacation ever in paradise.The house has a fully equipped kitchen with every appliance and a large open seating and lounge space. The walk in pool has a cold bubble bath . All bedrooms have AC. The space 5 bedrooms , 5 Bathrooms , 1 guest bathroom Caribbean chique villa with unique decoration. 4 bedrooms + 4,5 Bathrooms in the villa A nice separate bungalow offers one additional bedroom and bathroom. All bedrooms have AC , private bathroom and desk. Huge walk in pool , with cold poolcuzzi All Bedrooms have AC Open large seating and dining area, to spend your most unforgettable evenings with friends and family. Lounge deck with chairs . Housekeeping included 2x week ( not on Sunday). Linen , towels and pool towels included. Smart Tv with Netflix and You tube and other streaming apps ( no Cable TV) Guest access The complete house, pool and garden all to yourself. Other things to note * To avoid any surprises, Please fill in the correct amount of guests that will be staying. * If you need to change the amount of people on the reservation , let me know , so I can change the #count of guest . Max capacity is 10people + 1 infant below 2 years. We do not allow more guests. - This is the DR, were some utilities like internet, electricity and water can experience some disturbances/interruptions. if these disturbances are out of our control, these interruptions are not a case for any refund. the house has a back up inverter to guarantee non stop electricity supply during black outs for basic appliances up to 6 hours .These are batteries that can run empty after high use of electricity. * Please note that the consumption of electricity is not included . We will take a picture of the meter upon check in , and one on check out. Price per KHW is 0,32us$ ( or 20 pesos) A deposit of 25 $ a night in cash is mandatory. All unconsumed electric will be refunded in cash upon check out. We take a picture of the meter upon check in and out. - The laundry room is not available for a stay shorter then 4 nights - only max 3 cars to park
