Vacation in paradise. Beautiful sunsets. Swim and snorkel in the salt water lagoon. The lagoon is fed from the bottom of the ocean, you will know when it is low tide and high tide. The community offers two pools. The north pool is just steps from our condo. The south pool is within walking distance of our condo. Our condo is fully equipped for your stay. It is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, living/dining room. Front porch with gas BBQ. Back porch overlooks salt water lagoon. Two stories. The space Our unit faces the salt water lagoon and is steps from north pool. Screened in porch on the first and second floor both face the salt water lagoon. Enjoy your cup of coffee sitting here it is very relaxing. Guest access Guests have access to two swimming pools. The north pool is just steps away from unit. The south pool is withing walking distance. Swim and snorkel in the salt water lagoon. Molasses Reef Marina speak with Dominick 786-803-4423 is located within the community. Must reserve slip and provide liability insurance ($300K) with Marina. This is a separate charge as we do not own a slip in the marina. Other things to note Tradewinds Plaza located at MM 101, includes Publix Supermarket, Beall’s Outlet, Liquor Store, and a few other small stores. Walgreens and CVS are both at MM* 100 Starbucks MM* 100 Many restaurants (just naming a few here) DiGiornos Italian, Bayside Grill, The Fishery, Mrs. Mac’s, The Pilot House, etc. all located MM 100. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park (pennekamppark.com) is located at MM* 102.6. The Visitors Center and Chamber of Commerce is located as you enter Key Largo on your right. *Mile Marker.
