This is an independent property with a private drive way and spacious parking area. Wonderful location for hiking, biking, stargazing, and astrophotography. If you have an electric car, Tesla etc. Charging stations are about 3 miles away at the Tortoise Rock Casino and also downtown at the visitor center The parking area is large enough for an RV or multiple cars. The National Park boundary is directly across the street so the government land is undeveloped and great for exploring. Other things to note Be water conservative as water is precious in the desert environment. All water is hauled in this remote location. Thank you!!! Since there are not many houses nearby, you may see desert wildlife. Be careful not to leave doors open. We added solar power to help with natural resource conservation efforts. We had the house painted June 2025 so some photos may have a different paint shade. Registration details VHR122
