The space The space contains, for guests' use: complete dishes and cutlery, bed, table and bath linens, 29" LED television with digital antenna, refrigerator, stove, air conditioning in all rooms, ceiling fan in the double room and a standing, rotating fan in the living room, complete furniture, etc. In the bunk room, only the air-conditioning works, the ceiling fan is not working, and the old television on the dresser is only decorative, it does not work. NOTE: Some cell phone carriers do not work well inside the apartment, and it is necessary to use the device on the street corner. NOTE: Some pans have oxidation due to the island's sea air, but this does not affect their use. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, including the common areas of the building, which is located in the center of the property. Other things to note The minimum number of nights for each reservation is 4 (four), that is, at least three nights. The apartment is well-maintained, clean and very cozy. Delightful for enjoying the wonders of Paquetá Island. For reservations during Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Holy Week, "PACKAGES" of at least 5 (five) nights are offered. We kindly ask you not to use the upholstered chairs with wet bathing suits, as the feet of the chairs already show wear and tear due to misuse by some guests.
