Duplex House with Pool steps from the Beach

An amazing Family Trip starts with a Good Stay! 🏠 Located a few steps from the beautiful Santa Monica Beach in Guarapari, experience the best that my property has to offer with great comfort and tranquility in a unique duplex house🏖 Enjoy Relaxing and Having Fun in the Pool, which for the Safety of Children and Pets, has a Protection Grid around it👶🏻🐾 For those who enjoy a good barbecue, we also have a well-ventilated barbecue area and a pool room for your leisure. The space For those who like to do everything on foot, my property is ideal, due to the proximity of: supermarkets, bakery, restaurant, lottery, butcher shop, pharmacy, pizzeria, gas station, bus stop, etc. THE HOUSE HAS: Swimming pool, pool table, Wi-Fi, barbecue grill, freezer, 3 bedrooms and 1 suite, living room with Smart TV, kitchen, pantry, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet, 3 portable fans, balcony, 2 security cameras and 2 parking spaces. PURPOSE: Family Only (adults, children/infants or elderly). 04 ROOMS: Room 1 - on the first floor: 02 bunk beds = 04 people Bedroom 2 - on the second floor: suite = 01 double bed and 01 bunk bed = 04 people Bedroom 3 - on the second floor: 01 double bed and 01 single bed = 03 people Bedroom 4 - on the second floor: 01 bunk bed and 01 single bed = 03 people + Extra single mattresses. *We offer 3 fans. The windows and shutters of the bedrooms are large and make the house more airy due to the wind that blows from the sea. NOTES: - We do not rent to guests who have electric cars. - We do not rent to guests who will come by bus, minibus or van. - It has 02 security cameras on the sidewalks (front and side). - The house voltage is 110 volts. - We accept 01 pet, as long as previously advised. - We do not charge Property and Pool Cleaning Fee. - Check-in: from 12h. - Check-Out: until 2pm. We do not check in and check out at dawn. Guest access - Guests will have access to the entire house, i.e., both floors. - Other cars that do not fit in the 2 garages can park in front of my property, where there is shade all day. - Quiet street with free parking. Other things to note 10 min drive to Praia do Morro, Praia de Setiba and Três Praias. 15 min by car to the Praias do Centro (Castanheiras, Areia Preta and Valentine). 25 min by car to the Beaches of Nova Guarapari (Bacutia, Peracanga, of the Fathers and Meaípe). ADDITIONAL RULES: 1 - Bring bedding (double and single), bath, pillows and covers. 2 - An inspection will be made on the date of entry and exit of the property, accompanied by the host and guest. 3 - If any damage to the property/furniture is identified during the stay, the guest will be responsible for the payment of the service to be performed. 4 - We do not rent to Party, Youth/Group of friends and Excursion. 5 - IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO BRING: electric vehicles (car, motorcycle, bicycle and scooter), camping tents, swimming pool of any size, air conditioning, electric cooker, electric barbecue, electric oven, Air Fryer, mister, microwave, electric iron, hair straightener, hair dryer and the like.
