Sítio do Ipê is located in the municipality of Patrocínio Paulista, near the city of Franca, in the interior of São Paulo. Our space is rustic and cozy, surrounded by nature. A true haven for you and your family. Complete accommodation with a delightful leisure area! We have a fireplace, hammocks, pool table, heated pool, sport fishing pond, slackline and sand court for volleyball or beach tennis. *Party Room not included in the daily rate - Rental upon budget. The space Our structure is composed of: - House with 3 bedrooms, 1 suite with double bed and a bunk bed, and the other bedrooms with bunk beds. - Two kitchens with sink, stove, wood stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer. - Living room with fireplace for use and TV with HDMI cable. - Heated pool - Wi-Fi Guest access Access is via dirt road, it is only 900m from the road to the entrance of the site. Other things to note - Heated Pool. - It has Internet via Wifi. - Area signal and 4G only works in some areas. - Party room NOT INCLUDED in the daily rate - Separate rental upon budget.
