There are large green areas with parks and pedestrian paths. The building where the apartment is located is residential and has excellent maintenance conditions in a quiet environment, with security and 24-hour concierge. The place offered is comfortable, with good facilities for 4 people. The space The apartment has been recently remodeled and has all the necessary public services. It is located on the first floor. There are no balconies or terraces. It has two comfortable rooms that can accommodate two people or two couples. The space has a nice studio with excellent internet connection that allows you to work from home. We have defined living and dining areas, as well as a kitchen and laundry area. The apartment has a parking space for guests arriving by vehicle. We have two bicycles for guests who need to get around the area quickly. Minimum thirty-day bookings are accepted. We comply with the standards recommended by AIRBnB for cleaning and disinfection. The space has good natural ventilation and lighting. Guest access The entire apartment is available to guests during their stay. Other things to note Due to COVID19, there are important rules to follow when moving around the building, such as wearing a mask, respecting personal distance, washing your hands when leaving and entering, and in general, observing the other rules that the co-owners require for this reason. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment's private space or in the common areas of the condominium.
