My place is close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home. The space The appartment is located on the first floor ( ground floor plus 1) and you have a closed bedroom, bathroom with shower and a opened space where the living room and kitchen are located. Our place is illuminated with windows and a private patio de servicio which can be used as a balcony as well. We provide the bedsheets and towels and the furniture as well as the appliances are new. Guest access You have the full appartment to yourself and a private entrance you share with another appartment, each having its own locked door. You only share the staircase to get to the second floor. Other things to note Please note that there will be an extra charge for bed linens or towels stained with massage oil or other substances. The same if the apartment is left in poor condition or lacking basic cleanliness. Thank you.
