Casa Veranera located in Playa Grande, Guanacaste is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with pool is just two blocks to the Playa Grande beach. It is furnished with custom made teak furniture. Upstairs is a large bedroom with king size bed and bunk bed ( twin bed on top and fullbed on bottom ), teak ceiling and private bathroom with his and hers sink, walk in shower, private toilet and jacuzzi tub. This bedroom opens up to the private upstairs porch. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has a king size bed, built in closet, ceiling fan and A/C unit. The kitchen has granite countertop and is equipped with brand new stainless steal fridge, gas range with 4 burners and oven, dishwasher, microwave,toaster oven, blender, food processor, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware and all you might need for cooking. All appliances have been replaced with new one sin June 2018. The dinning room has a beautiful round teak table with 6 chairs and connects the kitchen with the living room. The living room is spacious with two reclining chairs, two sofas, oversized table and 43inch LG TV. The house has a brand new easy-to-use state-of-the-art security system. A safe for personal valuables is also available for our guests. House got also updated in fall 2018 with Pella architect line windows with high security hurricane glass. In addition to the security system this house has decorative security bars on windows and upstairs porch door and the whole property has concrete wall around. There is parking and laundry room available for our guests. Playa Grande is a small beach town in the heart of Las Baulas National Marine park, home of the leatherback turtles which you can watch nest or hatch anytime between October to March, the Park office where you can sign up for a night tour is only minute walk from our place. Playa Grande white sand beach with its world class surf break is a great vacation spot not only for surfers but also for adventure seekers, romantic getaways or family vacation. All the local restaurants, bars, surf shops, spa, yoga classes, dental and medical clinic are only 2-5 minutes walking from our place. Playa Grande is 45 minutes from the International Liberia airport and 20 minutes from Tamarindo airport. We offer airport pick up for a fee. Our property manager lives by Playa Grande.
