I have a building in which I have apartments and rooms for rent per day and this space that I rent in the app are 5 small and comfortable rooms with a king size bed and one of them has another queen bed, so in total there are 6 beds. Each room has its full bathroom, television, air conditioning. The rooms are on the first floor of the building. If you want room cleaning, request it at the front desk before 11:00am NO pets allowed. The space In the building we have two TV rooms, a pool table, a dining room which is shared with the other guests. I have a full kitchen that if you like to cook you can make use of it (the kitchen would just be shared with me). I have a parking lot that is a little sloped and small, but my husband will help you park your car. The GPS is not very good in these areas, so I ask that you call me by phone when you arrive in the village so I can tell you how to get here. Guest access You can use the two TV areas, the pool table, the dining room and the full kitchen. We have laundry service for $120 pesos. You can wash a load of clothes and in two hours it will be delivered to you. - If you require room cleaning, request it at reception or send a message by Airbnb before 11:00 am - No smoking inside the building (you can smoke on the balconies). - No events or parties. Do not have outside visitors in the room. - NO PETS. Other things to note **** we do not accept pets.
