Welcome to mermaid paradise. 10 min drive to the beach or historic downtown Wilmington. Relax in your private room or enjoy a beautiful cotton candy sunset on the back patio with a fire. Guests have access to their own bathroom, washer and dryer, living room, dining room and kitchen. Expect some cuddles from my sweet dog Dutchess. Please don’t be offended if she is shy at first. I have lots of baby accessories for use upon request as well. Borrow beach chairs and a cooler and enjoy the beach. The space 10 minutes or less to the beach or historic downtown. Mayfaire shopping center is very close with tons of shopping, restaurants and a movie theatre. Guest access Guest has access to kitchen, dining room, living room, back yard/patio. Grill and fire pit may be used by guest responsibly. During your stay Always available via text or phone call, I am in and out but not home most of the time. Because of the location I can get home quickly from nearly anywhere in Wilmington if you should need assistance. Other things to note The comforter and mattress pad are real down feather. If you have an allergy to down, please let me know so I can switch them out prior to your arrival. My dog Dutchess is very friendly but can be shy at first. She spends most of the day sleeping or outside but is free to go in and out of the dog door. Please allow her to warm up to you and do not antagonize her. Cameras are in common areas to ensure the dog is not being mistreated by guests.
