Studio overlooking the ocean in Carmel Highlands

Beautiful separate timber-frame studio/guest house with ocean views at the beginning of the Big Sur Coast but just 6 miles from Carmel-By-The-Sea. Set on 3 acres with wildlife and even a bocce ball court. All wildlife photos were taken on the property. The space The very private studio includes a small kitchen with a dishwasher, a walk in closet and full bathroom. Free WiFi, DirectTV and a desk. Plenty of parking. There is a flight of stairs to a lovely breakfast deck and access to the studio. Other things to note The studio has a queen bed and a single bed in a loft. We have a ChargePoint Level 2 EV charger for an electric vehicle which we will make available.
