This Villa is a 0.7 mile walk or short golf cart ride to Sumter Square with beautiful boardwalk views along Lake Sumter, live music every day, the Old Mill Playhouse movie theater, and a variety of boutiques and restaurants. The space Comfortable Living: This Villa has a spacious primary bedroom with an attached private bathroom, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, an open-concept living area, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need. This Villa has a drip coffee machine and Keurig for your caffeine needs. Outdoor Delight: Relax on the 4-season lanai or courtyard basking in Florida's sunshine and enjoying your morning coffee or evening drink in a tranquil setting. This Villa also offers a gas grille. Golf Cart Included: Explore The Villages like a local with your own golf cart provided with the rental. Discover golf courses, recreation centers, and entertainment venues at your pace. This villa has a complimentary 4-seater golf cart. Community Perks: With a purchase of a $50 resident ID, you will have access to free Executive and discounted Champion golf courses, swimming pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and various recreation centers within The Villages. Connect and Entertain: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy your favorite shows on one of the flat-screen smart TVs with streaming capabilities. Clean and Safe: We maintain the property to high cleanliness and safety standards. Other things to note We are so excited you're interested in staying at one of our DonaJean Homes! Please take the time to read through the below information. We put this information together to ensure transparency and clear expectations at our property. Our ultimate goal is for you to have a five-star stay at our property! Check-in: 4:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am We can only guarantee early check-in or late check-out on the arrival or departure day. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking an additional day to ensure we can accommodate your request. Without prior approval, checking out any later than 10:15 am will incur an additional night charge. Door Code/Check-in information: We will send the door code to you on the morning of your arrival date. This is to prevent unauthorized early check-ins, provide our guests checking out the same day privacy & security, and ensure our cleaners aren't interrupted. Resident IDs: You will need resident ids if you want to use the amenities in The Villages, such as the neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, free golf at the executive courses, ability to make tee times, and more! Resident IDs cost $50 for two (Only two are allowed per The Villages rules.) However, once you have your resident IDs, you can request guest passes for other guests in your group. Upon picking up your IDs, you will pay the $50 fee ( cash or check ) to The Villages. After you receive your Resident ID(s) you can go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for the other member(s) of your group. Pick-up will be at the Sumter Landing Sales and Information office. I will need the following information no later than 3 days before arrival for Resident IDs: Full names, phone numbers, email addresses, and home addresses. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover you in the event of illness, flight delays/cancellations, etc. Hurricane season in Florida is from June 1-November 30; we cannot refund for trips interrupted by hurricanes or weather. We have a strict cancelation policy. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox is not accessible by guests. Amazon packages are often put into the mailboxes, we suggest sending your amazon packages to an amazon locker or a PO box you purchased. We are not responsible for any mail or packages.  Grills: The guests are responsible for purchasing propane to use the grills and cleaning the grill after use.  Smoking: No smoking on the premises. There is a $500 charge for smoking in/on the property. Pets: We allow small-medium size dogs for a pet fee of $100. Pet must be disclosed or added to the reservation before stay. If you have a large dog or cat, please inquire and provide information about your pet; exceptions may be approved with a security deposit and an extra fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets (hair, poo, etc.). Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the lanai, garage, or yard.  Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough left for at least a three-night stay for your convenience. If supplies run out and are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing anything additional. Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired, maintained, or damaged during your stay, please inform us at your first opportunity. We are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues for our guests.  Golf Cart: As a courtesy, we offer a FREE golf cart to use during your stay. However, you are responsible for refilling the tank before departure, or you will incur a $30 refill fee. If you use the golf cart, you agree to take full responsibility and liability for the golf cart during your stay. You must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old to use the golf cart at this property. If the golf cart isn't available due to maintenance, damage, etc., we will not offer reimbursement, refunds, or pay for a replacement. Again, you are fully responsible for any damage to the golf cart or injuries to yourself or others. By using the golf cart, you agree to the above statement and agree to follow The Villages golf cart rules. 5-Star Stay: We are committed to giving our guests a 5-star experience.
