Located directly by the sea, in the heart of Willemstad's colorful historic Pietermaai district, the fully air-conditioned house offers the ideal retreat. It has terraces and a pool deck overlooking the ocean. Quiet and secluded, it guarantees a lot of privacy – the perfect choice for your well-deserved vacation or a romantic honeymoon trip. The pool is exclusively available to the guests of the house. The 2nd bedroom is never rented separately. The space Beach House Pietermaai – Oceanfront Luxury & Privacy Beach House Pietermaai (100m² interior with a 150m² private pool deck) is a true oceanfront retreat offering tranquility and a lot of privacy. With spacious patios, and an expansive pool area exclusively for guests of the house, it’s the perfect place to relax in peace. Unwind on the private wooden pier above the water, watch breathtaking sunsets, and enjoy the view of yachts and cruise ships gliding in and out of the harbor. Inside, the house features a full kitchen equipped with a cooking island, dishwasher, oven and a luxury coffee machine using whole beans — with fresh beans provided upon arrival from Curacao Island Coffee Roasters, conveniently located just across the street at Van Gogh Coffees. You'll also find a smoothie blender and a large fridge/freezer with an ice maker. And yes — all with a stunning sea view while you cook. For your entertainment and relaxation, the living area offers a SONOS sound system (connectable to your Spotify), Smart TVs in both the living room and bedrooms, a curated bookcase, and a selection of board games. The pool deck features sun loungers, shaded and sunny sitting areas, a hammock, a unique over-the-ocean hammock, and a BBQ grill. The master bedroom boasts a spectacular sea view through large sliding doors and is furnished with a king-size luxury box spring bed (2x2 meters), air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom includes dual rain showers, double sinks, a hair dryer, large mirrors, and a separate toilet. Perfect for 2–4 Guests Beach House Pietermaai accommodates up to four guests. In addition to the master suite, a second oceanfront bedroom and bathroom make the space ideal for two couples or families. A baby crib is also available. Please note: the second bedroom is only available when booking for 3–4 guests. If you’re a party of two and wish to use both bedrooms, book for three guests. The second bedroom is never rented out separately to other guests. You are on a short walking distance of the best restaurants, the inner city with shops, musea and the famous Pontoonbridge and Handelskade. Cleanliness & Safety The house is professionally cleaned with disinfectants and a Karcher steam cleaner. Recommended private parking in front of the house (5 euros per night) You will receive a remote control to open the gate and have your own private parking space. (Street parking is subject to a charge during the day as the Beach House Pietermaai is located in the city center). The 2nd bedroom is only available if you have booked for 3/4 people. If you would like to use 2 bedrooms with only 2 people, you must book for 3 guests. The second bedroom is reserved exclusively for the main booker and cannot be rented separately to others. Other things to note You stay in the city center, where paid parking is available between 8 am and 6 pm. We can offer and recommend renting a private parking space in front of the house (5 euros per night). You will receive a remote to open / close the gate. Or park for free in a short walk on the street. (It can be difficult to find a free spot during the week).
