Beach House

Casinha de Praia - Penha-SC Small beach house composed of: - Garage/balcony for one car. - Small kitchen with sink, cooker/hood, microwave and utensils. - Functional bathroom (with shower). - Small pantry with table for 4 people and fridge. - Large connecting bedroom with living room, double bed, a single sofa bed, 2 extra single mattresses and Wardrobe with Hangers. Room with Air Condition The space The space is small but cozy. - There are two hammocks to use on the balcony. - There is no risk of lack of water, as the house is provided with an automatic pump well. Guest access There is only one closet and one counter containing personal belongings, everything else can be used by guests.
