The space A private one bedroom, one bathroom condo with a living & dining room, laundry room and deluxe kitchen. A private patio is accessible from both the bedroom and the living area. The living room includes a comfortable pull-out sofa bed. Redesigned with a contemporary, open concept layout, the unit presents itself in tropical colours, chrome fixtures and crystal lighting to create a luxurious homey feel while you enjoy a beach holiday. With new furniture and fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and linen closet, you will have all the conveniences of home during your vacation. Located on the West Bay Road side of Cayman Reef Resort, our condo is one of the quietest in the complex, with the white sandy beach and crystal clear Caribbean Sea still just steps away. Protected by a fringing reef about 100 feet offshore, the sea is warm and inviting year round and sugary sand gently slopes into the calm waters - making the area perfect for sunbathing, playing, relaxing, wading, swimming and even snorkeling. Guest access In addition to your private condo and patio (which does not have a direct view of the ocean or main grounds), the property includes beautifully landscaped grounds, over 120 feet of water frontage at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, and complimentary access to a tennis/pickleball court, large swimming pool and outdoor showers. Some shared beach items like floats are available in a storage room down on the beach, next to the shower on the right hand side if you’re facing the ocean. These are for the use of all guests but please ensure you return anything you use to that storage closet daily. Additional items can also be rented through a variety of companies. Relaxing lounge furniture, tables and umbrellas are also available at the pool and beach. Inside the condo you will find goggles, tennis balls and rackets and a pickleball set. Please message us for the access code to the tennis court, which changes on a monthly basis. Other things to note The Cayman Islands is very safe, especially the Seven Mile Beach area. While it is generally safe to walk around late into the night in the surrounding areas, it is always advised to take caution. Please also remember that we drive on the left if you are driving or crossing the road. Only cross at designated crosswalks, after activating the lights, and after waiting for vehicles, scooters, e-bikes and cyclists approaching the crosswalk to slow/stop. Please note even service animals are not permitted on the property due to strata rules. The ADA and other US laws do not apply in the Cayman Islands and we do not have equivalent legislation.
