Prescott is ideal for outdoor fun, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, rock climbing and more. Prescott is a historical town, full of antique shops & great bistros. We are located next to the forest/lakes. Come get away from the everyday busyness of life. We are 4.7 miles away from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the Peaceful area and scenic views. Come Enjoy and see the Mountains. PLEASE remove your shoes, we have a no shoe policy in our home. Thank you kindly. "A Home away from Home" The space A very spacious house with a warm and luxurious feel. The apartment is a separate unit. A large apartment with two bedrooms, one king bed, a private bathroom accessed via the hallway outside your room. Second bedroom has a queen bed, cowboy theme. If you would like an office it's perfect for that as well, refer to the pictures. Two robes are provided for your stay, but pack your slippers or extra socks, we have a NO shoe policy. The Access to the Laundry is for long term guests, staying 15 days or more. Please read over the house rules, before booking. Pets-Dog fees are applied. We look forward to meeting you! Disposable paper towels Disposable gloves Multi-surface cleaner Disinfectant wipes or spray Antibacterial hand sanitizer Extra hand soap Guest access Check in will be at the Glass doors and I will greet you to show you around. You will be accessing the separate apartment through the glass french doors and using the right side of the driveway for parking one car only. If two cars are needed please inquire. PLEASE Remove your shoes, after unloading your items into unit. Thank you kindly. * There is also a park across the street that if you have a guest they can park in the parking lot if needed, DAY use only. NO over night parking in the parking lot. Other things to note If you have small children, please make me aware BEFORE booking. I will need to ask you a few questions. Thank you kindly.
